Harris County Emergency Services District No. 4 General Election May 2, 2026

Harris County Emergency Services District No. 4 will hold a General Election on May 2, 2026 for three (3) Commissioners, to serve a four (4) year term.

Pursuant to Texas Health and Safety Code Section 775.0345 a candidate must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and a resident of the district. In conjunction, current state law requires a candidate for an emergency services district to be a qualified voter by the timerequired, Texas Election Code Section 141.001. An application for place on the ballot must be filed with the Harris County Emergency Services District No. 4 located at 12207 Huffman Oaks Lane, Huffman, Texas 77336 beginning Wednesday, January 14, 2026, and ending at 5:00 p.m. on Friday, February 13, 2026. An application for place on the ballot may also be submitted via email at elections@coveler.com or faxed to 713-984-0670.
