Board Members
Harris County Emergency Services District No. 4 is governed by a five-member Board of Commissioners elected by the voters of the District. Commissioners serve staggered two-year terms in accordance with the Texas Health and Safety Code. The Board is responsible for establishing policy, adopting the annual budget, setting the tax rate, and providing oversight of the District’s operations, finances, and service delivery to ensure the highest level of emergency services for the community.
